When I was 20, an astrologist predicted that I would find something to devote my life to when I reached my mid-30s. It would have something to do with nature, the earth, trees and creative work. At this age I wasn’t exactly impressed by a prediction of this type when first of all I didn’t believe in such things, and second my goals went in a completely different direction. To make a long story short: I realized my material desires, goals and dreams at the time doing hard work. The high price I had to pay was however my loss of health and personal life.

A period of peace and of searching deep within myself began in fact during my early 30s. I discovered things I had never dared to dream of in my earlier years. The words of the astrologer came back to me and I remembered about a desire I once had to go to Greece and produce high-grade olive oil from my own olive trees.

I posed the question to myself: What would I do if I had all the time and the money in the world?
