The answer was already forecast in my early twenties by the sun, moon and stars:
Earth, olive trees and creativity under a Mediterranean sky. It was an unbelievably warm and trusting feeling and my thoughts gave me a feeling of deep satisfaction.

For many years I studied the olive tree and its 7.000 year history. I learned how I could produce very high quality olive oil. I learned about the „wise 100-year-olds“ and about the wonderful life force of the olive tree the olive oil and the olive leaf and about the old recipes for internal and external application. I was able to experience what’s known as the „ur-elixir“ prepared from the olive leaf and was lucky enough to experience the life force of the olive tree in my own body.

My olive tree mission and the determination to spread the word about Mediterranean recipes, handed down over the centuries based on earthy wisdom and containing the life force of the olive tree developed.

But fate held another surprise for me. During this new passage of life I met Alexandra Heydiri, who was to become the woman of my life. In her I not only received support for all of my enterprises – no – this woman identified entirely with my vision about a better life with nature naturally.

Together we were to do anything to make it come true, to develop it and take the olive tree around the world.
